2023: Successfully delivered a project for TÜV Thüringen Karpat, one of Europe’s leading auditing companies. • Led a webinar on cybersecurity strategies for an audience of over 1,000 participants—covering key topics such as sustainable digital security policies, implementation processes, and certifications like ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. The session focused on education around sustainable digital solutions, practical approaches to protecting both company data and individual privacy.

After 14 years in the corporate world, I took the leap and built my own business. In the past two years, I’ve guided over 20 aspiring entrepreneurs through 1:1 consulting sessions—helping them understand teh aspects of leabing the corporate grind and launch businesses with purpose and profit. From refining ideas to crafting strategy and unlocking real market opportunities, my approach is hands-on, experience-based, and built for action.

Delivered three projects for TÜV Thüringen Karpat: • A webinar on sustainable business strategies and integrating circular economy principles, attended by over 600 participants interested in sustainability and carbon footprint reduction strategies, as well as ESG reporting framework. • Two ESG training sessions tailored for sustainability managers, helping them gain clarity, education, and practical strategies on ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with both European and national legislation, with 30 participants in total.

Successfully collaborating with DEKRA România, one of the largest auditing companies in the region. Delivered one training sessions tailored for sustainability managers, focused on carbon footprint reduction strategies and implementation of sustainability in the core business of these companies. Continuing the collaboration delivering consulting services for small medium companies looking for implementation of circular economy strategies.

As a global product strategist, I’ve maintained a strong focus on customer experience and diverse market insights that have shaped the vision and roadmap for Identity products within Azure Active Directory. I contributed to defining key features and guided the product team through the entire lifecycle of several features—from development to release and eventual phase-out. I truly enjoyed contributing innovative ideas and experimenting to drive Microsoft's business forward, ensuring company growth through my passion for technology and people. 2022: Speaker at the Zero Trust event, presenting Identity exciting solutions for organisations, and day to day life of individuals, for 450+ attendees. 2016 -2023 I've presented multiple times in different contexts, as a Speaker, Trainer, Technical Specialist, Product Manager, Program Manager - in English, Italian, Romanian, on topics around strategies to protect ourselves against cybersecurity with the best in class technology available on the planet.
