Career commenced agency side; followed by some travelling; landed at ISBA (UK trade body representing Advertisers) and spent just over 2 decades advising clients on all aspects of marketing operations & agency management. Member Consultancy Services included: Pitch Consultancy, Agency Relationship Evaluation & Management, Best Practice Development, Issues and Committee Management. As well as becoming ISBA’s in-house Ad Production expert, it was here that my passion for Sustainability & DE&I was born.
2019 saw a move into production consultancy to focus on driving best practice, operational efficiency and helping clients be the best that they can be. As Global Director of Industry Relations – the role was both client and industry facing - working with clients carrying out eco-system assessments and devising solutions that drive efficiencies with a high focus on the VALUE those solutions deliver to the business. Other key specialisms spanned Sustainability & DE&I leading these two key departments globally; designing and implementing ESG programs + representing APR at board level on AdGreen & Ad Net Zero, Green The Bid, WFA & ISBA.
