• Market Research & Stakeholder Influence: Persuaded management to expedite production of Bluetooth audio devices by preparing a comprehensive competitor benchmark report, leading to the acquisition of a US$25M contract with Sony. • Productivity Improvement: Developed a dynamic analytical HR framework for R&D activity-based cost analysis, which was later adopted company-wide to improve overall productivity. • Pre-IPO Compliance & Processes: Conducted financial analysis to support the company's IPO and developed an internal audit protocol. Reported to the VP of Innovation and Advanced Services and managed a direct report. ● Led the global launch of CLARITY, a SaaS dashboard that aggregates and verifies ESG data to facilitate efficient tracking and monitoring of sustainability performance. Piloted with 12 clients, completing 500+ assessments in 4 languages. ● Headed CLARITY implementation across 37 Bureau Veritas locations with 400 participants and 30 suppliers. Monitored gender equality, driving the design of targeted CSR campaigns. Expanded the initiative into an annual deployment. ● Established CLARITY product SOPs, user guides, and marketing materials aligned with GRI, ISO, and GHG Protocol standards.
