Beyond the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Addressing Sustainability and Development

This course will help you to understand and explain the world’s most pressing problems—poverty and inequality, ecosystem degradation and biodiversity loss, and climate change. You will be able to critically analyze the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their relationship to these challenges and highlights both their strengths and limitations. You will use frameworks and evidence-based approaches to develop and implement solutions. By applying learned skills, you will be able assess and implement relevant solutions that not only help achieve the SDGs but also effectively tackle these urgent global issues.
